Welcome you to Event 29, which consists of myself, and a contracted day-of coordinator named Michelle Carter, and now you! Event 29 has been around for 4 years in some capacity, but this is a very exciting time because it's blowing up and I'm building an empire. I pride myself on amazing personalized event design that makes brides go, “It's perfect!,” and on-point execution. You’re entrance coincides with Event 29 crossing the threshold to something bigger, and you’re a crucial part of its growth. I know you’re going to kill it, and I'm beyond ecstatic to have you on board!

Job Description


Job Title: Production Coordinator

Start Date: July 13th, 2015

Classification: part-time hourly contract worker

Starting Salary: $12/hour

Time Tracking: track your hours here

Payment: Payments will be made bi-weekly by check. You will receive your first paycheck on July 31st.

Weekly Hours: 10, + additional hours starting in September for on-site weddings and meetings

Bonuses: 

  • $100 for every Wedding Decorating & Design Service booked after you start regardless of how they find me 
  • Free Wedding Decorating & Design Service for your own wedding ($2,000 value)
  • A coffee station or monthly coffee gift card 

Perks: work from home and set your own hours - you may also work in my design studio


Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with event planning and execution, including general event logistics and production schedules 

  • Communicate production status to on regular basis

  • Organize office operations and procedures; design filing systems and workflows to increase efficiency

  • Directly assist with e-mail correspondence, calendar management, vendor relations, filing, proofreading documents, invoice review and audit

  • Monitor daily workloads to ensure deadlines are met; adjust schedules to meet changing priorities and deadlines

  • Assist in general client care services

  • Utilize 17Hats to keep track of projects

Secondary responsibilities

  • Procure resources from outside vendors  

  • Maintain budget and financial records

  • Update social media
