Step 1 | Define & Observe

Together, we’ll determine the purpose and direction of your design. We’ll be gathering insight through our conversations and the images you share with us.

Step 2 | Research

We’ll do a site visit of your venue(s), introduce ourselves to any creative vendors or designers you’ve already hired, and investigate any preexisting design assets or challenges. 

Step 3 | Explore & Develop

This is one of our favorite steps! During this time we’ll explore ways to translate your goals, needs, and style into a completely personalized design.

Step 4 | Present & Select

You’ll be presented with up to three unique design concepts complete with mood boards, descriptions, color palettes, design elements, keywords and ideas for styling. Together, we’ll discuss what you like and don’t like about each concept, and you’ll select the concept that you most love.

Step 5 | Refine & Source

We’ll refine the concept you’ve chosen to reflect your feedback until it feels like a perfect extension of your personality and style. Up to 3 revisions. We’ll also begin scouting out vendors, designers, décor, and rental pieces to bring your design to life.

Step 6 | Implement

We’ll direct your venue, stationery designer, florist, cake baker and rental companies to work within your chosen concept and color palette. We’ll create scaled room layouts with 3D renderings, tablescape mockups, and coordinate a plan to execute it all seamlessly.

The day of your event we'll deliver, setup, decorate, and direct your creative vendors to make your beautiful event happen while you relax and have fun with your guests!
