WEDDING DESIGN DASHBOARD

WELCOME!

HOW TO USE THIS PAGE

Because there are many components to designing a wedding - almost like piecing together a puzzle - it’s often difficult to see the bigger picture within each step of the process. Your project page allows you to see your entire project a glance - mood boards, color palettes, floor plans, room renderings, décor details, rental information, floral, cake, and invitation inspiration - and how all of the pieces fit together as a whole. You'll also use this page to access vendor contacts, files and contracts, and view upcoming appointments and events.

You'll have access to each page as your design progresses.

STYLING IDEAS

farm tables with chic table runners, natural wood signs with white script lettering, boxwood hedge bar

LAYOUTS & RENDERINGS

THE CEREMONY

The ceremony should be out front with the water tower as the backdrop. This will establish the concept of "The Grand" and will make for more beautiful, timeless wedding pictures.

COCKTAILS AND DANCING

Because guests will inevitably make their way out back at some point in the night. This area tends to be a gathering place due to it being on the river with a breeze, somewhat hidden, and laid back. It is naturally a gathering space and relaxed hang out spot, which goes perfect with the feel of The Grand. We should take advantage of this by creating different spaces including a bar, dance floor, and other activities. No additional lighting is needed out back.

RENTALS & DECOR

Charcuterie notes:

  • we love the big wooden riser/cutting boards
  • we like the way the meats are arranged
  • Whitney doesn't like the giant log of cheese prefers it to be broken or crumbled
  • Don't like the labels - I will make labels if you let me know what will be served
  • We'd prefer white serving dishes to the glass blocks
  • We don't want to use the giant martini or giant wine glass

For the hidden courtyard feel...

•market lights

•boxwood hedges

•palms

•striped patio umbrellas with market lights on them

•lots of greenery
