MOOD BOARD & COLOR PALETTE

Every design begins with a concept and mood board and color palette that is custom created for you. Your mood board and color palette serve as the creative direction for all of the design decisions throughout the planning process.



SITE VISITS & LAYOUTS

During our site visit we meet with the director of your venue to gather specs, discuss the features and limitations, and take pictures. With that information, we're able to create room layouts that will accommodate your guests, food, and entertainment. 



STATIONERY DESIGN RECOMMENDATIONS

We'll help you find a stationery designer or shop and work them to set the tone for your wedding or event.

FLORAL RECOMMENDATIONS

We'll work with you to pull design ideas for your centerpieces and recommend florists. We'll attend floral design meetings to go over ideas and place your floral order.

CAKE AND DESSERT RECOMMENDATIONS

We'll help you work out ideas for your cake and dessert tables. We'll attend your dessert design meetings and present the ideas that we've discussed to your baker.

DECOR & RENTAL RECOMMENDATIONS

After our layouts are complete, we'll send you a list of recommended rentals and decor that includes specific sizes, quantities, and colors. We'll tell you where to find the items. All you have to do is reserve them.
